Amazing quality and top-notch customer service! Recently ordered and received a beautiful biscotti jar. The jar was stunning but the lid seemed a little small. I reached out to Bordi customer service and Deborah responded immediately and sent a new lid at no charge. No hassles and no hoops to jump through - just good old fashioned customer service with empathy and the desire to make things right. Oh man , what a curiosity cabinet of grotesqueries! This stretch of Columbus Avenue has these tourist traps attracting a collection of people with limited aesthetic taste. Every city has to have one of these gaudy stores with lurid and loud trinkets. Perhaps the purpose of these lurid monsters is to ward off evil spirits . It’s good the store is next to a church where it can confess its sins of bad taste.
