Amazing quality and top-notch customer service! Recently ordered and received a beautiful biscotti jar. The jar was stunning but the lid seemed a little small. I reached out to Bordi customer service and Deborah responded immediately and sent a new lid at no charge. No hassles and no hoops to jump through - just good old fashioned customer service with empathy and the desire to make things right. I am beyond impressed with Biordi Art Imports and will be a customer for years to come. TEN STARS!
