I have been participating at the Biopsychodance Mental Health clinic. It's very entertaining, there's a psychiatrist to help with any issues you may have. They provide lunch and transportation. We play dominoes and other table games with other clients. They also have manual arts. I love to go because I don't like to stay at home bored. I have new friends. We are going to be dancing as therapy too!
