I had a wonderful experience with Emily and the entire team. The pedortrist took the time to understand my needs and helped me get a good-quality orthotic that has made a significant difference. I really appreciated the willingness to make multiple adjustments and ensure that the orthotic was comfortable and working properly. The staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable, great place for your foot problems to be solved
Recently my feet were measured for orthotics. At my age (82) it has been a challenge to become accustomed to their use in my walking shoes though they are reasonably comfortable. I am beginning to believe that the biggest problem is arthritis because the worst pain comes after resting following the usual trek along the local trails.
My husband and I have both gotten orthotics at bioped and the service here is top notch. Donna made the process quick and easy and Emily couldn't have been more knowledgeable and understanding. We both highly recommend.
Very patient and calm.
