Had nothing but great experiences at this location. The staff are very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I got my custom orthotics made here and it’s helped me greatly. Other times I’ve come here for foot care products and was greeted in a very pleasant and professional manner. They helped me get exactly the products that I needed as well as lots of general information about the product I needed. I would definitely recommend coming here for your podiatric needs.

I had a great experience at BioPed getting my orthotics. The whole process was professional, smooth, and really informative. Mark was awesome to deal with — he took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the orthotics were properly fitted and comfortable. You can tell he really cares about helping people feel better and walk pain-free. Highly recommend BioPed, and especially Mark, if you’re looking for quality orthotics and great service.
Booked an appointment for a hip-to-toe assessment, and Alex was very helpful in identifying the issue. He helped me find the right size and type of shoes that fit my feet and shared great practices to help avoid bunion alignment problems. The consultation was completely free, which was really awesome. Don’t wait if you’re in need of foot care — highly recommended!
Man oh man, what a difference custom orthotics make to ones every day life!!! I’m able walk normally again, in comfort!!!
