I had a great experience at BioPed getting my orthotics. The whole process was professional, smooth, and really informative. Mark was awesome to deal with — he took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the orthotics were properly fitted and comfortable. You can tell he really cares about helping people feel better and walk pain-free. Highly recommend BioPed, and especially Mark, if you’re looking for quality orthotics and great service.
Booked an appointment for a hip-to-toe assessment, and Alex was very helpful in identifying the issue. He helped me find the right size and type of shoes that fit my feet and shared great practices to help avoid bunion alignment problems. The consultation was completely free, which was really awesome. Don’t wait if you’re in need of foot care — highly recommended!
Man oh man, what a difference custom orthotics make to ones every day life!!! I’m able walk normally again, in comfort!!! Mark has done multiple knee braces for me over the years. He’s been great explaining multiple options as well as finding the right brace for you. The service is always fantastic and they are always super friendly to deal with.
I'm had the best Experience a biopad. My Arthritis are doing well With my feet, And my favorite sketcher shoes that I wear all the time They had made them so my one foot doesn't slide. Thank you Alex .
