Was is need of new orthotics. Went to Bioped north on a monday and had my new orthotics by thursday morning. Very helpful and friendly, made getting new insoles very easy. First appointment was booked online which was also super easy.

I had such a great experience here. The staff is friendly and wonderful to deal with. My fitting was very informative, and my new socks fit perfectly. One sock had a flaw and that pair was promptly exchanged. I even received an adorable 'Thank you' card - above and beyond. When I was looking for where to go with my prescription, I chose this location because of the reviews, and they weren't wrong. Sincerely, thank you!
