I obtained a pair of orthotics from BioPed last year; the orthics made did not provide complete support to my arch in righ foot and upon making several enquries the technician did not modify or change the shape. I am an amputee and spent a very painful year with these orthotics and am getting a new pair from another place. I am never going to BioPed again.
Ashley at Burlington BioPed was incredible! She took so much time and care during my biomechanical assessment and was exceptionally attentive to detail. I really appreciated how thorough, knowledgeable, and personable she was throughout the entire process. I left feeling very well cared for and confident in her recommendations. Highly recommend!
Had the best experience!! Staff was very knowledgeable, I went in with a genetic disorder and a chronic issue, they listened, gave accurate feedback and suggestions. I was able to get my orthotics, and my brace to walk normally! Finally! Less hip pain to boot!! Thank you!!
