Great guys! Really appreciate all the help and the insoles were perfect! Will be getting my insoles from them again
I wanted to give 5 stars but I can't. My initial visits were amazing, staff is very good and took care of my foot problem. Problem is have came when I ordered shoes, they were paid for by WCB and their bill was approved right away. A week later I stopped in to check on my shoes and was told no one bothered to order them, so that was done and I was told 10 days or so. Fantastic customer service! My orthotics are a few years old and needed some minor repairs so I stopped in here and Kyle was super helpful & friendly. Fixed them quickly while I waited and now they’re good as new! Thanks so much!
Good friendly environment, very helpful. Kyle is very attentive on getting the paperwork done which can be kinda daunting and confusing to navigate. Always ready to quickly explain on a moments notice.
