I spoke with patti the bio ped personelle representative directly over the phone and stated " I was going to be a few minutes late". Surely there's a grace period of a couple minutes in case of an emergency as family doctors offices allow 5 minute grace periods. As soon as I walked in the attitude and tone from Patti changed immensely, she pointed her finger in my face which was extremely unprofessional and rude and her tone was aggressive due to the fact I was late by 2 minutes as my appointment was at 3:00pm.
