I didn’t find them very professional. The podiatrist was very quick to attempt to sell me orthotics before even assessing my condition. When booking my appointment on the phone, the receptionist diagnosed me as needing orthotics. How is that even possible ! “Let’s just sell everyone orthotics” was the feeling I got. I wouldn’t go back.
