I just wanted to take a moment to express how grateful I am for the wonderful care I've received at BioPed over the last month. Laura is kind, caring and extremely pleasant. Cassandra is very knowledgeable but also makes you feel special and cared about. What more could a client ask for! I want to acknowledge them both for the wonderful job they do! I highly recommend the Leamington location.
Such a positive experience with Wes today. He was kind, knowledgeable and insightful and made some great suggestions. No charge at all which is unheard of these days. And his suggestion is not yet for custom orthotics but rather to try supported insoles and see how I get on. Highly recommended and only wish I had made my appointment sooner!
"I was disappointed with my recent experience at Bioped Pickering. While I had high hopes of a reasonable courteous service, I found delays in service and poor quality of customer service. For instance, the staff seemed inattentive to my concerns, and kept on responding in an evasive manner! Honestly glad that this clinic opened up. I first attended to get some new orthotics and the service and care that was taken was truly exceptional. The space is open and bright and the staff are friendly. After going there, my mom decided to check it out and found Nancy Grigg the Advanced Footcare Nurse who continues to be a tremendous support to her. My mom honestly says that finding Nancy was a game changer! This clinic is incredible and I believe that anyone with footcare or orthotics needs should come here. I mean it!
