Yesterday, I visited Bioped in Orangeville and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service I received. Harris was meticulous and provided a detailed explanation of the issues I had been experiencing with my feet, which I had been grappling with for years despite wearing orthotics. Very positive and supportive environment.
I would highly recommend Harris and the staff at Bioped. I went in with increased foot and ankle pain from sciatic nerve issues. Harris did a very full and thorough assessment to see if orthotics would be helpful. He was very knowledgeable and I never felt rushed in any part of the process. The follow up appointment and sincere care Harris showed was amazing. I have had my orthotics for a few weeks now and have really noticed a difference, I wish I had gone in sooner!
