Incredible experience, the staff is incredible and kind. Everything was explained perfectly.
Wonderful service! We walked in yesterday totally ignorant about compression socks. We thought we could walk in, pick them off the shelf and be done. The lovely staff then explained the appointment process, being measured properly etc. We were in a hurry to get these socks due to an upcoming flight. The staff took the time to get my husband measured up and socks ordered. I picked them up next day! They certainly went above and beyond to help us put and deliver the products. Bioped Cambridge was such an amazing help for my 7 year old. Michael worked with us to get a great custom orthotic made for her. She is finally able to run, jump and play without the daily pain she had been experiencing for years. Thank you so much for helping to improve her daily quality of life.
