Went above and beyond to fit my custom orthotic Lost one of my orthotics during the flood. In all the confusion and chaos lately, I came in during the wrong time for an appointment. They still made time to fit my custom insole for me. After two days of wearing these, I'm already starting to see a major benefit. The team here is great. They do take really good care of their customers i will never not recommend bio ped
I had a great experience at BioPed St. Catharines. Rob, my Pedorthist, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional, while also being friendly and easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my orthotics were the right fit for my needs. I’ve noticed a real difference since getting my orthotics and have been very happy with them. I really appreciated Rob’s attention to detail and the quality of care I received. I would definitely recommend Rob and the team at BioPed St. Catharines!
I spoke with patti the bio ped personelle representative directly over the phone and stated " I was going to be a few minutes late". Surely there's a grace period of a couple minutes in case of an emergency as family doctors offices allow 5 minute grace periods. As soon as I walked in the attitude and tone from Patti changed immensely, she pointed her finger in my face which was extremely unprofessional and rude and her tone was aggressive due to the fact I was late by 2 minutes as my appointment was at 3:00pm. Have been using this location for years ! Never have had problems with my orthotics. Brooks is very professional and thorough.
I'm very pleased.They took me time to make sure my orthotics set absolute perfect.Ly , that was a very nice experience for me
