While on a trip to Sturgis S.D a friend and I rode in on two Harleys we filled up and checked the oil and found we needed about a quart of oil to top up our engines 20w50 Mobil one and they had none in the shop but the owner says not to worry I have some at home as I ride a Harley too, so off he drove to get some oil and after 30.min he came back and gave us the oil and said don't worry about it , no charge, the guy is a champion in our books as two guys from New Zealand we did not expect to be given free oil. took a truck for rear seal, charged me over a $1000.00. They broke a seal in one of my tires and LIED to me say it was already leaking and charged me too fix it. It NEVER was leaking until after they worked on it, pretty sure I would know since it was parked in my driveway WITHOUT ANY LEAKS by my tires. Only after I brought it back home. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 Getting LIED to is what pissed me off.
I’ve always been able to work on my own cars. Some health issues have changed that now. My car needed some major repair and I wasn’t sure what business I could trust. I am so glad my wife recommended Bion’s! Courteous, friendly, informative, professional, and most of all-TRUSTWORTHY. Don’t even think of trusting anyone else you have found the best! I could not be happier with Bion's service!! My son's car died in a parking lot after work Tuesday night, all the towing services were backed up at least 4 hours so he left it there until the next morning. Wednesday morning my husband told me to call Bion's, I did and they told me they could tow, but probably couldn't get to it unti Friday. We could make do, so I said ok.
