This is a review about my experience with the office. I received my orthotics and they're great. Back to the office - I was told by my insurance company I was covered for the orthotics. The woman in the office said I wasn't and that I needed to pay (at least half) to go ahead with the appointment. I was in pain so I paid. Contacted my insurance and again, said I was covered. I had foot pain for several months to the point where I had to take pain killers everyday for a month, then my PCP referred me to a DPM then the DPM referred me here. The staff and providers here are amazing and nice, I missed an appointment and got my custom orthothics earlier than when I was scheduled to come in when I requested it; without any trouble or guilt. Front staff was great, doctor was great, don't hesitate to use this very professional and excellent service.

I’ve never been so poorly treated by front office staff in my life. The two ladies in the front, especially the blond hair older one, were incredibly rude and condescending. Would recommend finding care elsewhere.
