⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a very positive experience at this location in Charlotte. The staff has been incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the process. My son uses the braces/supports for toe walking, and although he is still adapting to them, we have already noticed that they are helping him. They took their time with us, answered questions with patience, and treated my child with care and compassion, which means a lot as a parent. Bionic Prosthetics & Orthotics was the best in the business until change of ownership 2 years ago. They terminated their best technician and it’s now impossible to get a quick appointment even for emergency fix on prosthetic that is necessary for day to day activities. Shameful.
