I find JP very helpful. I had lot of issues with my old prostheses and the new one he made is very good and comfortable. The first time I put it on and felt very good. Very happy with their services. Highly recommend for prosthetic services.
It's a amazing clinc they helped alot with my ankle with a ankle bracelet too walk better I want thank Dr JP and Nurse Katie for always help in my mother's problem great work from all the doctors.
This was a highly unprofessional experience. The customer service was disrespectful, disorganized, and unhelpful. Despite multiple confirmations and prior authorization approvals, I arrived for my appointment only to face rude staff who showed no willingness to assist. When I asked them to contact the appropriate provider, they called the wrong number. Jane was absolutely great! I had an emergency fix to my AFO and was able to get me in same day. Jane knew exactly what needed to be done & was able to fix it right up!
