Our experience with Bionic was phenomenal from start to finish. Our situation was pretty bad to say the least - I worked full time and my husband had recently became a double amputee. I was out of time off at work so Tony and Mike (who happens to be an amputee) made an exception and came to our home to cast my husband and they scheduled appointments afterwards to accommodate my work schedule.
