I came in to add a few adhesive pads and make small adjustments to my son's AFOs, and it took them 50 minutes before they even came back in the room to see if the adjustments worked. I was the only patient in the building. I'm also not very happy with the AFOs, they are inflexible compared to the ones from Hanger, my son's feet slide out, and the company lacks specialized sewing equipment to sew certain pieces on. I am a right leg BKA. I came here after having multiple negative experiences with Hanger Clinic and the ability for them to accommodate my active lifestyle with a properly fitting socket & liner with a prosthetic foot that will allow me to be as active as I want to be. From the minute that I got my new foot, socket and liner system it was night and day with stability improved over night. And mind you this was on the first try from Bionic as opposed me having gone through multiple sockets & liners that all still fit poorly an... read more
