I called Bionic to make an appointment, Talia was able to get me a schedule within a few days. On the day of my appointment Cassie greeted us at the door and took us in to the office, and proceeded to explain the process for visit, (measuring, imprints, etc.). Cassie was extremely friendly, courteous, and thorough throughout the entire process, answering all our questions.
