One of the first things I noticed about Paul was his ability to identify and address different issues with our house as it related to his company’s service. We discussed flaking due to efflorescence on the basement bricks, glazing in need of repair on several casement windows, etc., and each time he had a proposal to remedy the issue. He was even able to source a piece of historic glass to repair a broken pane, which saved me the time and effort to find someone else to address that problem.
