The most amazing staff! If you want really good customer service plus knowledgable people to help you, then this is the place for you. I got into a little accident and the owner was very helpful and was concerned if I'm ok. We'll definitely come back, maybe on a sunnier day! My 2.5 year old and my husband had a blast despite the rain I highly recommend Bionic Electric Bikes and I hope this business thrives!
I just wanted to drop you a line and thank you for the great service you did on my bike. I dropped off my Electric Scout in May and you upgraded the front brakes, re tuned the rear brakes and replaced a tyre. The bike is going better than it ever has and I really appreciate the extra mile you went to getting it right
I purchased an e-bike from Bionic recently and as someone who knows very minimal about bikes, Paul and his team were super helpful, right from the initial enquiry right up to riding the bike out of the store. Would highly recommend Bionic Bikes for anything bike related!!
Stuck in AKL due to Cyclone Alfred on the east coast of Australia. One stop on the train from the CBD to the shop. I Rented an ebike (never ridden one before) Fantastic explanation of how it worked but more importantly gave me routes I could follow easily. Great service today. Would highly recommend.
First, my wife and I wanted to rent a bike yesterday to ride around the City of Auckland. We could not find any place to rent in the downtown area. We called Bionic in Orakei and received a great deal of help and assistance from the manager. We found that a short 10 minute train ride was a very simple way to get from downtown to their location.
