Been trying several of the classes and love ALL of them! I love Dara and Dan's classes! They are great trainers that make sure you are doing the exercises right, keep an eye on you and also push you. I walk away with that exhausted, yet so-freakin-happy feeling! I also LOVE the barre class because its a REAL barre class, old school ballet style and not some hyper-overkill "barre" class! Ballet basics is HARD and makes your body long and lean so I am thankful to have found a TRUE barre class!
