Proceed cautiously. My wife started microdosing with psylocibin capsules about a year ago, and did one guided macro-dose session, and since then she has become increasingly paranoid and delusional , has had to stop working and her entire life has derailed. Please be VERY aware of any family history of schizophrenia or paranoia , and I would recommend against psychedelic therapy personally. This has been 3 months of the depths of hell.
