Horrible company one worker very unprofessional. He doesn’t speak English and became irate at my job.
Customers, be ware. I used this company in the past. Recently the service has gone WAY DOWN HILL. They do not respond in a timely fashion, when the do reply you will get a lot of garbled, misinformation (including bad price quotes with incorrect details). When I called to talk this through by phone, the owner, Luc, was belligerent. Seems they no longer run a good business. Customers are advised to spend their money elsewhere for good service and polite customer treatment.

We are extremely happy with the services of Biomonde. We were able to have an appointment fairly quickly, and they were flexible. They were on time, efficient and very respectful. They came to clean our sofas and apply an anti-stains, it made a big difference. I also really appreciate how they communicate, follow-up and send the invoice, This is a great service provider and we highly recommend them.
Biomonde did an excellent job! Very thorough, windows look beautiful! Reasonably priced too.
