I highly recommend BioMinds Behavioral Health. Ivie and Dr. Owens are incredibly caring, kind, and compassionate. They are always available when needed and take the time to truly listen and understand their patients. I never feel like just another appointment. They genuinely care about my well-being, and I feel completely comfortable speaking with them about anything. Their support has made a tremendous difference in my experience.
Going to report this business as fraud and to the BBB. They continue to up charge me the full price of my session and blinded me with another charge when I have provided them my updated insurance in network after arguing with someone supposedly head of HR to even change my insurance information. That shouldn't happen and will be giving them notice of complaint. Don't come here. The behavior and service has drained me mentally and theyre suppose to be a mental health facility. Insane. I have been seeing Dr. Owens for about 4 years. And more recently, Dr. Ivie. I adore them both. Even during telehealth sessions, they can read nonverbal cues to see how I’m truly feeling, and I love that. They do a wonderful job at explaining what the medications do and why they are prescribing. They make it very obvious that they truly care for their patients and I recommend Biominds to everyone I can!
I had a really great experience at BioMinds Behavioral Health. Everyone in the office was so friendly and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Bayo is amazing! He actually took the time to listen, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I felt like he genuinely cared, which can be hard to find! If you’re looking for a provider who truly listens and a staff that treats you with kindness, I definitely recommend Biominds Behavioral Health!
