The workouts are customized, and the trainers pay attention to my strengths and weaknesses. I LOVE the flexibility with my workout schedule. I can show up anytime during their business hours for a workout with a trainer.
Personal trainers ensure proper technique is used during the workout. Good combination of weights and cardio make for a heart thumping workout! 50 minutes start to finish. Workouts customized for what you want to achieve--weight loss, muscle improvement, and leaning out with reduced body fat. Nutrition advise and MD on site to provide expert medical advise.
