Unfortunately the second attempt for service was worse than the first. My disabled father who is on a fixed income needed support for his electric wheelchair. The person over the phone was extremely unprofessional and difficult to talk to. After my Father and step-mother provided details on the wheelchair issues, they quoted him many different quotes ranging from $250-$500. I made a solid appointment with the receptionist to have my chair serviced and nobody showed up at the designated time nor did anyone call me to offer an explanation. I had to call them and I was told that the technician would get to my residence in an hour. Again - no show, no phone call until several hours later only to be told that they couldn’t make it until the next day.
