Terrible service. First, they did not specify on the website that you need 2 hours for first time donor and reschedule my appointment just couple hours prior. On the day of my appointment a week later, they put on tourniquet on my arms, talked among themselves how they may have the worst phlebotomist, laughed about it, and eventually asked me to leave because my vein is too small for plasma donation. What a waste of time.
Friendly staff, clean space, and great movie choices. This is arguably one of (if not) the best donation centers I've ever been to.
