This company is a scam. I tried for over a month to get a prescription cream for pain relief. They sent it to the wrong address not once, not twice, but THREE times. The delivery driver had to call me so that I could give him my actual address. Then, when it finally arrived, the tub was shattered. I opened a paper bag full of lotion. The directions and drug information were soaked and unreadable, the product unusable. I was literally in the process of leaving a 1-star review as I also got a text saying "1 Rx ready for Anthony. 2:32PM." and my doctor ordered it for delivery. I was calling to ask if I could pick it up. I waited on their phone system for a long, long time. And I'm really patient! How is it that a compounding company that is charging people out of pocket cannot provide a PRESCRIBED medication for an acute, urgent case in a DECENT amount of time? Why are doctors recommending this place over other local compounding pharmacies that DELIVER (Mills, University)? It took 10 days to get...by USPS. ZERO explanation of this process before charging me, and now that the need is no longer, I didn't need it.
