My experience I went to Dr. Accomando to get new orthotics. I had recently been diagnosed with Type II diabetes. As I told the doctor, I was there to help insure my feet would be as well cared for as possible as foot issues are associated with the disease. He did a through exam including x-rays and ultrasound. He then prescribed a shoe implant product. His receptionist took molds of my feet and a couple weeks later I came back to the office where he fitted the appliance and did a re-exam.
