Don't go here. They take your plasma and don't pay you
So posted a review about how this company doesn't even follow its policies and process properly. The reply on my comment was faster than the suggestion of contacting them to resolve why they wont let me donate and wasting my time. Just to continue to waste more of it. Horrible communication and service.
This center is much older than others in the area. The check in and screening process takes longer. They only have one nurse and she is doing a lot at once! The layout of this facility is not as well planned as the newer centers. The waiting area is small. The front desk person is also doing other tasks and is frequently not at the window to facilitate check in. The staff does not keep you informed of what is going on or how long the process will take. They are pretty bad answering phones . Probably the worst place I ever had to get ahold of. You try and reschedule and can't even get through to someone. Just stops ringing and hangs up. No customer service.
