I am extremely disappointed/upset with the service I received. I was informed that I tested positive for Hepatitis B, which prompted me to undergo further blood tests through my healthcare provider. All of those tests came back negative for any infections. Despite this, I have been permanently deferred from donating, which I find both ridiculously unfair and unreasonable.
Usually okay experience. Over the past few months the wait times have been unbearable. Waiting in the lobby for over an hour almost every time I go in. Staff is friendly but they always appear to be short staffed. Need to have more people working.
Normally a great time. Need to hire more people cause 1 screener and a 45 minute wait to get screened plus an extra 20 to get poked has not been convenient
Colleen R was so polite and I really enjoy her. I prefer her to stick me over anyone else.
