Donation process is easy, staff are kind, Not too much of a wait to get screened. Sometimes there’s a 4-6 minute wait to get put on or taken off the machine. Staff is better at putting in needles than other places I’ve been to. Can’t feel it at all when Colleen puts the needle in my arm.
Amazing staff! They are all very skilled and knowledgeable. All around a great place to be!
I like their online questionnaire, goes much faster than other places. However, it’s been 50/50 on whether the phlebotomist gets the needle in correctly. Today, I drove 35 miles for a $65 donation. I asked for someone experienced because I only have one viable vein. Tess said she was experienced then proceeded to mess up the stick. I got paid $10; cost me more in gas.
