My name is Ahmed. I had a really awful experience at this plasma center. When I first sat down, the phlebotomist stuck the needle in my right arm so badly that blood was spraying everywhere. She tried again, but after two painful attempts, nothing worked — it seemed she completely missed my vein. Honestly, I feel like I could’ve stuck the needle in my own arm better than they did. Point blank Sierra should be fired! She owes me an apology. The first employee stuck the needle in my left arm and was having issues hitting the vein just right for the flow. Sierra came over and said let’s try the other arm so we didn’t have to keep moving it around and that she would do the restick. She comes over and clamps the line and grabs the heat crimp cutter tool and cut it off before the end that twist onto the end with the needle. $25 to jab me repeatedly. No thanks.
The place was good until they changed the way they do stuff. Last few times I was there hours and it's just not ideal for the drive and 50 bucks. The appointment thing is pointless especially setting an appointment for 4:15 and getting there at 4:05 and checking in with 25 people or more ahead of me still. Staff is mostly nice though.
Some of the staff are rude as hell. Attitudes beyond attitudes. 2 different people came to start on me, one just walked away to help another employee then the other one walked away to get someone unhooked and Left me in a chair. Neither one said they'd be back or anything just walked away.
