If you get an SPE deferral, expect to get messed with for a long time. In response to the company; she has many times - got told that there is 1 Doc, who works 4 hours, 1 time a week for over 7K donors in Erie and that same Doc manages 6 other locations, same schedule.

this place is messed up first they take 5 dollars from u for the holidays went from from 50 and 65 to 45 and 60 ..now they telling me the days reset so i don’t get paid my 60 even tho i just donated a day before yall make 1000 to 2000 off our plasma alone but ripping people off for pocket change is crazy octaplasma would never … who ever donte plasma be aware it might sound good in the beginning but they don’t care and the staff pretty cool but the place of business is a SCAM SCAM SCAM and ps if they always reset on mondays ... read more

The staff is great the manager not so much!!! I have only donated this last time being my 4th time. I was told when I signed up to be paid my donations had to be within 7 days of itself that was it. When put in a complaint because I wasn’t paid the full amount the manager stated there are signs everywhere. I’m sorry but most of the time I come in before work where I run a business and still work from my phone while donating. Coming to donate Plasma in Erie Pa has been a great experience .. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable.. Been doing this for 3 years now and it’s safe and clean environment.. You are saving lives plus making a couple extra bucks .. The staff here is amazing !!! I enjoy going to visit 2x a week .. If you are on the fence , don’t it’s worth it 🙂
