Absolute hit or miss with this place. Staff is mostly friendly, but competence is a huge issue. Much of the staff has good experience and knows what they’re doing, but I fear that the training for new employees is lackluster. I’ve gone in there before and had an incredibly smooth and fast experience. I’ve gone in there other days and had the opposite. Great place to earn extra cash.
Grifols Is great but this music situation is horrible and must go!
My first time there was wonderful! I felt very informed about the process itself and the program as a whole. I think a lot of negative reviews are coming from people who simply did not pay attention to the deferral rules, as I remember all of the reasons in their reviews being explained clearly multiple times. My phlebotomist was very sure handed, focused, and committed to making my first time seamless, especially for her being new.
