Always a quick donation. In and out, and for the most part the staff are beyond amazing. Such an easy process UPDATE: Understaffed, bad attitudes, long wait times. They take their anger out on you. Just a very unhappy environment. Especially Erika.

My husband visited this plasma center around 9:00 a.m. today after deciding to stop in out of curiosity and to ask a few questions. We live in the area and drive by this center often. Unfortunately, after his visit, he told me that he did not have a positive experience and that the environment did not feel welcoming.
