My husband visited this plasma center around 9:00 a.m. today after deciding to stop in out of curiosity and to ask a few questions. We live in the area and drive by this center often. Unfortunately, after his visit, he told me that he did not have a positive experience and that the environment did not feel welcoming. Absolute waste of time!
Worst donation center I have ever seen. They are very unprofessional and will refuse you over irrelevant "health concerns" from almost a decade ago without looking over your entire history or allowing room for explanation. Watch what you say, they dont actually want to do their job and work with you. The final say is up to a doctor that refuses to speak with you in person. Go elsewhere, they do not genuinely value you as a person.
Highly recommend this place for plasma donation! The check in process was flawless, the staff was very nice. A very kind ex military nurse checked me in he was very thorough and explained the donation process in great detail! I forgot his name. Stacey that stuck (the phlebotomy staff) was gentle and checked in on me frequently. Andrew another phlebotomist was kind and answered questions.
