I didn’t think this place could get any worse but I’ve been here for 3 hours and I’m still not done. I’ve been waiting to be pricked for over an hour it’s ridiculous.
Yes, even after donating here for almost 2 years it’s crowded pretty much anytime you go, what did you expect from a college town? However, the staff are incredibly nice, trying their best with so many people coming in every single hour of the day, especially if you get talking to them. The wait is crazy long. I’ll schedule an appointment for a certain time, but won’t get screened for 20-30 minutes and then an extra 30 minutes to get stuck with the needle. Why are there so many time slots available if you’re not able to help that many people? Today I waited almost an hour in one of the beds waiting for someone to help me.
