I came in to donate for the first time and Was skipped twice asked the lady and she said that it was the machine poor communication skills I didn’t like the visit then I also came in Sunday Jun 14 @ 12:30pm and Triffany told me that they only have one nurse and that they stop taking new donors at 1pm but I was here before 1pm which was very inconvenient for me which I told her that I’m from Tampa

Super friendly and efficient staff. Way more relaxed than most plasma centers
A very pleasant experience, every one is very welcoming. The lady who attended me was Brianna, she’s incredible she was precise and made me feel comfortable what an angel!!
I had the most Pleasant time meeting one of your doctor's Kathy she took the best care of me she's so kind and friendly and I will be back twice a week she made me so happy to be here it's so welcomed as she thanked me for the first time ever thank you so much shade the red
