Amazing company with an even better mission to help a large community in need. All the staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. They make sure your entire process is done as smoothly as possible making sure you’re comfortable the entire experience. I will be returning as a donor. They are very kind, and keep it very clean
We got ppl sweeping dust on the donor floor with all chairs full and with needles actively drawing blood. That is disgusting. There is a cleaning crew for a reason. There should be ABSOLUTELY no reason for dust pans and brooms to be fluffing dust literally all over the place potentially causing infections to active blood withdrawal sites. Please fix this.
