This is my favorite location Ronique has a great calming presence all the girls are wonderful and kind I look forward to coming my two times a week because im treated with kindness and respect.

They “couldn’t find my veins” and rejected me. Seems to me they are inexperienced because no matter where I’ve ever been they’ve never had issues finding a vein. I waited an hour to be seen. This is ridiculous! They didn’t even tie the rubber band tight enough so a vein would pop out. I think they were being lazy and didn’t want to see another patient. Update: I went to another plasma place called CSL plasma not long after this incident. They found my vein immediately!!! The whole process went very smoothly and I was hydrate... read more
