Total dump unprofessional staff Jenny didn't want to help the manager raised her voice at me over the phone...wouldn't give me my personal information over the phone even though I offered multiple forms of identification driver's license number Social date of birth where I was born at. JUST AWFUL... they just don't to know what they are doing. I am/was a transfer from another Grifols and I was spoiled because my old place knew what they were doing. I am trying to transfer and every time I go in they keep telling me I am all set. Then it's you need to do this, you need to do that... They make it tough to want to help the community.
Total dump. The staff are rude & unhelpful. You have to jump through multiple hoops to donate & the people don't even know what they are doing they hit my artery sending blood spurting everywhere. ,,
Most staff didn't seem enthusiastic, just the nurse and she's the only one being pulled multiple directions...accusations of loitering by staff, could use a little customer service too. You got to work a little bit better if you want to encourage others to donate and help save lives. Also could warn people of certain medications that may defer people or accept what I can pull from my medical record app or better yet use health info net to confirm things like an A1c or other lab work.
