Sometimes staff acts rude and disinterested. Was threatened with deferral for an issue that wasn’t occurring. After staff member took an attitude after having a friendly conversation. Issue in question was only based on a hypothetical. So im assuming they were hinting at a threat for seemingly no reason. Update 10/13/25: more rudeness from same staff member who was upset that my donation took slightly longer after asking about trying an adjustment to my neddle. While my mechine was malfunctioning. They told me it was $100 a donation, I got done with my second donation, and I only received $50. I will not be going back here and I advise against it!
This is most professional place I visit on a regular basis. So clean and precise. I started after hearing about it and the great initial bonus you get, but once I started and meeting the wonderful staff from the front desk to the people I'm gonna 'stick' with. I've done this for several months and I have NEVER had a bad experience. I will update this with names of people I LOVE but i need to ask them first. 11/10
