Workers don’t seem to have any sense of urgency, especially when there are several people waiting to be screened. I find that to be poor “customer service”. Also in the back area where you donate, they seem to be bothered that you are there. No greeting, no nothing.
!!!PLACE IS FILLED WITH EMPLOYEES LIKE THE DMV IN THE MOVIE ZOOTIPIA!!!!! I write this review after 8 donations at this place. I’m sitting in a bed with my donation being complete waiting to be unhooked. I can see three techs standing doing nothing one I assume manager helping a donor because of an issue and one worker disconnecting the 6 of us done donating. So, I’ve been visiting this location for about over a year now. For a while my visits were quite pleasant. The staff was friendly, they seemed to take an interest in their donors and would create small talk, and for the most part, appointments were quick and seamless. It seems like it’s quickly spiraled into an unorganized and chaotic mess. The team is always minimal, you can hear supervisors on the radio the listing names of employees who called out for the day. Was offered 100 to go donate since I don't go regularly..got it in a text..thought it was a good deal. Went and donated..never received the money. Asked about it, was informed I needed to tell them or show them the text message. They text message didn't say that. It said make an appt and donate, I did the next day... I went in to talk to them. They said sorry about that we'll get it fixed. 3 days later...they never did nothing. They average any where from $2000 to $5000 for that bottle of plasma. They are farming humans. I'm... read more
