I've been donating here for years and this place has really gone downhill this past year and half if you don't want to get poked a million times because they rather fish for you're veins then actually get it the first time or leave with both arms wrapped up all sore go somewhere else!!!

this is my favorite place to donate, everyone is friendly especially the guy manager, not sure of his name, though he answered some questions i had about the machine. Miranda ALWAYS, does a fantabulous job, she’s so kind, friendly, chats with me and her stick does not even hurt me!!
DO NOT GO IF GAY/QUEER. They aren’t friendly to gay people 🥲 I saw a comment that mentioned it, but I decided to ignore it. Turns out, the comment was not exaggerating. If you are queer, for to BioLofe or another donation center for the same pay but way better treatment/less discrimination. As I was donating, the black lady manager with a ponytail and polo found out about my past gay relationship and asked me in front of a full donation room, if I was gay or what the extent of the relationship was. I really wish someone would open a new donation spot here. Every time I go they bruise me. Even after telling them specifically what bruises me they ignore it and do it anyways. Tha always fail to realize I'm allergic to latex so I always have to tell them every time. And if you ask them politely how to handle you they get rude and don't listen anyways. My last donation after telling them how to appropriately handle me so I don't bruise they put me on a return without my consent. For a 38% donation they only gave me $10. It ... read more
