Was told to put a wrong answer down by a woman, which immediately excluded me from donating. This place is a joke. Called the number to complain. They will not own up to their mistake and allow me to donate. So, the red cross will continue to receive my support where this place will never be recommended due to its lack of professionalism and their lack of want to help others.
have been donating at the Carbondale Grifols Plasma Center for a long time and have had excellent experiences with nearly all staff, who are professional and caring. However, one nurse, Denise, has consistently been dismissive and unprofessional. Today, she told me I would not be allowed to donate if I “kept giving her attitude,” despite me simply explaining my prescribed asthma medications after she was extremely disrespectful. Yall probably wont like me after my review but yall have went down hill so much and tremendously suck as a company you have very few actual good workers we are made to wait longer than out appointment time the staff loves to walk around and talk and not do their jobs as of right now there are four workers in the back plus a manager and its taken over 30-45 mins to even get someone to even stick us and ironically i said there are four people back here and cant nobody get stuck before they wanted to do something or the fact th... read more
