Staff is professional when interacting with donors, but their nurse Denise is totally unprofessional and unresponsive. I was deferred until turning in my doctor’s report to be reviewed. When returning to give her the paperwork with my doctor’s report, she wave me off and told me to sit and wait to turn it in. Why? I’m not donating? I’m simply turning in paperwork to nursing staff, which was given to me by her in the first place and why the snobby attitude that was totally uncalled for.
Is this place under new ownership not like the old place before them
Was told to put a wrong answer down by a woman, which immediately excluded me from donating. This place is a joke. Called the number to complain. They will not own up to their mistake and allow me to donate. So, the red cross will continue to receive my support where this place will never be recommended due to its lack of professionalism and their lack of want to help others.
have been donating at the Carbondale Grifols Plasma Center for a long time and have had excellent experiences with nearly all staff, who are professional and caring.
