Grifols is unprofessional when handling blood test samples. They do not take ownership for their mistakes. when you go to the back and they insert the needle, they do not do a good job. They stuck me and then pulled out the needle halfway to realign it and stuck me again, which caused me a small bruise. their technology does not work and they are always having problems with their machine machines like the tablets have a delay when you touch them or when you do the questions on the kiosk. Some of the staff is really kind and attentive, but they have some people who just seem checked out and don’t pay any attention. I won’t ever let Joshua set me up again because he stuck me when he was just checked out and trying to go home, didn’t pay any mind or speak to me or anyone really, and when he stuck me he spent only a second checking for where my vein was and it was painful.
