They are very friendly and helpful and courteous to all their patients
Grifols is unprofessional when handling blood test samples. They do not take ownership for their mistakes. when you go to the back and they insert the needle, they do not do a good job. They stuck me and then pulled out the needle halfway to realign it and stuck me again, which caused me a small bruise. their technology does not work and they are always having problems with their machine machines like the tablets have a delay when you touch them or when you do the questions on the kiosk.
