Got a new boot that makes you take your shoes off and everything in your pockets just to weigh you in the lobby and I've been coming here for over three years now and never had to take my clothes off just to weigh and im sick and tired of these new boots thinking this is my first rodeo and this crap needs to stop.. Im tired of doing different crap everytime some new employee starts working here and its getting old fast .. He tells me he's following the rules but nobody else does that crap and I've had all I can swallow.
There's nothing professional about this medical environment. The nurses act like a bunch of teenagers. They're also aggressive and don't care about scarring the patients. Whenever I personally voiced this to one of the head nurses she smiled at me as I showed her the scar and bruises on my arms.. as if it were funny. I really do not like coming here.
I used to donate here regularly but took a break for my body to recover and let me say things have gone so down hill. My physical went great and I want to start how amazing my physician was for the process my intake was done by an employee in training a very sweet young gentleman offering smiles and reassurance when we came across some issues with my paperwork. I've been here 47 times There been upset and down... This place must be hard to work for the staff is changing all the time. I've been in the restroom and at the men's urinal there a hole makes you think is somebody peeping. Sometimes it's clean but sometimes it's nasty. There's been times that I'm there And when they come to disconnect me, it feels like they ripped the whole thing out. Disrespectful workers I donate today been waiting a hour for the money to hit on my card I called they pick up said o check it now like what you waiting for me to call then u put it on there I would recommend no one to go hear.
