Came here for my first donation on Wednesday, 03/26. The process was easy my appointment was set for 11 AM I was done at 2:30 PM. You do have to do a physical exam, read a bunch of paperwork, and complete a screening which why it takes so long the first time. They are appointment based only, which definitely cuts down on the lines. I recommend coming in the morning time. All the staff were very nice and professional and checked on me periodically.
