Disrespectful they don't know wat they doing
DO NOT GO HERE — TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS! Absolute trash establishment running a deliberate hustle to cheat new donors out of their bonuses. Mind you, I only donated one single time! They had me wait 7 days, then 9 days, and then suddenly claimed the doctor put me on deferral , nobody said a damn word about that when I came back on the 7th day! Out of nowhere, they claimed my protein levels were too low (funny how I only donated one single time and they somehow didn't have an issue with it then). Dissapointing, arrived with appointment and was checked in at 3, they screened donors at the back of que first, they staff need more training and screen people on merit, if you expect to be treated fairly here you wont be
Do not come to this location without Pj's and Tent. Girls there have attitudes unbecoming for a place of Business. The staff are Slow and don't care to be. The manager seems sufficient enough to even assist on the floor when their donor load is at its peak. I feel sympathetic she has to tolerate the subordinates whom appear to be bothered to Do Their Job.
