Everyone was so professional and helpful. This was my first donation and I felt very at ease. Towards the end I became dizzy and the staff immediately attended to me. They checked my vitals multiple times, gave me ice packs, fanned me, and made sure I was hydrated and stable before leaving. I was so embarrassed but they were all very kind.
They never have soap in the women restroom and always leave doors open in the womens restroom where any man can just go in there .
For a medical facility which requires the utmost level of sanitation, this place is unclean. I have come and the bathroom has had NO soap. Other days I have come and one stall is out of toilet paper. The last time I came there was a clump of hair/weave on the floor directly in front of the check in desk that sat there all 3 hours I was there with no-one sweeping it up. Orange sharp caps stay where they're dropped on the floor. Someone should call the health department on this place.
I had came in last week at 1pm to this location in humble, process takes long: reading binder,SS, ID, a physical answering 75 questions. I was there 2 1/2 hours waiting by that time i realized how much time had gone by I had to leave to an important appointment at 6 pm downtown I came back today was told by a manager named Nikki I have to redo the whole process when I was told otherwise I asked Nikki is there another mgr I could speak to her tone in delivering was rude she chuckled & smirked very unprofessional I’m a healthc... read more
