Bruh they have 1 person sticking pple! My appointment was at 9:30 by time I let them check my protein it was 10:45 so that means u gotta sit there ina waiting room with boocoo pple & they got nerve to have 1 person sticking pple 🤦♂️ they went down hill over time
The service provided by the staff who insert IVs is terrible; they are new and inexperienced, have bad attitudes, and the care is awful. They can't find the veins properly; they just poke you without even trying to locate the vein first, moving the needle around everywhere. Then they ask for help from those who actually know what they're doing. They treat you like a guinea pig, and in the end, you end up with swelling and bruises. Courtney the manager has the best service she always go above and beyond she helped my husband Jose fix any issue we had the place is always clean
I came in at 11:30 and there was one screener for about 40-50 people, so they were very understaffed, it took about one hour to get screened. Then my donation after that didn’t go so bad. After my donation around 1:15 I showed them the come back text that said I get $75 which expired on 1/27/26, but nobody knew what to do. That’s fine. I had other things to do.
