I believe in the process because I know sick people rely on the medication derived from plasma donation. But the long wait is too much. I had a bad donation back in June and was connected to the machine for 97 minutes. The techs heard the alarm and avoided me. Finally someone came over and helped fix the machine so I could finish. I have found a better job so that I don't have to rely on this as income because some of the workers treat the donors like trash, like we are beneath them. Just won't go back there, EVER.

First time donor at this place can on a Thursday mid morning and there was only one person taking checking people in, for 10-20 people that were there, long wait time, a couple left because of the wait. Second time I came back they had two errors in the system where one they had to re verify my social and license and two they said had donated twice within a 7 day period, but it was my second donation and prior to that I donated at another center a couple weeks back. The workers argue in front of us donors like they are in high-school Call rhe front desk while I was there waiting to see how long it would take to answer. They never answered the phone. Go figure Edit.. appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm for 10/17/25 for a reevaluation they do every few months. Waited around till 4:15 before anyone helped me. They said I'll get a bonus pay did I get it nope. 2:30-7:10pm they said, I'll get my refer a friend pay. Did I get it? nope. Out of the $200 I got $50.
