Don’t let the sister with long sectioned braids who didn’t seem to be wearing a name tag today stick you. Well at least not today because her attitude is garbage and her poke will sting. The entire donation experience with her was awful. Sister be happy you have a job that you can pay bills if you’re not in a great place today check yourself because this is a customer service oriented position.
They ask for you to give far too much information, which I can already provide all of the information that they ask for. After they ask for you to be extremely open and vulnerable, only AFTER making sure to have access to all of your personal information and after watching them accept other donation customers who don't ACTUALLY follow the rule book that they strategically ask customer to follow in order to donate, which includes being a person who doesn't litter trash on the streets... I've been coming to this location and had no issues for a year, recently you've brought new people over. They are rude, unhygienic, swearing at people. Today the man with the two bottom lip piercings went to the rest room wearing gloves and walked back to the floor and started working again wearing the SAME gloves, heaven forbid you say hello to him, you just get a dirty look and he walks off.
