Today was my first day and there was a worker name “Rana” she would ignore to stick me and wait til a Hispanic comes and skip me and do hers. And once I was finish she came and just assisted the female and left me and another black guy while our machine was going off and we was sitting beside the other Hispanic that got helped and she left us there for another 20min and left for break. She had me waiting by myself for 20-30min and once all the seats got filled she’ll put me last and act like she never saw me
Payments, weight 161 to 168 first payment 100, second 100, third 80 and fourth 40 dollars. After the fourth payment it is not worth going back.
I called to make a complaint about a rude employee that was not doing their job properly they left me on the machine after it was finished for 20 minutes then someone else's machine started to beep and they helped them immediately when I told the manger she was clearly upset that I had anything to say and said thank you and hung up The next time I came in they told me I was on a list that I wasn't allowed back at the location for being disruptive but I made a phone call to tell the manger what had happened they don't care ab... read more
At first, this place was awesome and so were the people. It's a very ignorant girl working here and she's becoming a problem. She sticks me like's she afraid which makes her go way too deep. I ask her to turn down my returns and she does but she's being funny by turning it all the way down so she can come by and say "see, its because you want it turned down as to why its taking so long". NO! you just dont wanna do your job and be mean to people and then talk about people in spanish. I know spanish and she sits there and talk... read more
Love everything about this location one thing I might add if i may is they open at 7 not 6 also if you have a bike lock it up good my bike was stolen at this location in January, never did get it back and police should have the guys face on camera considering there's a camera right there , I don't recommend locking your bike up here let alone riding it here , I take 2 busses now to show up here but I'm not risking another ebike
