This place is a joke. Ther is a management problem here. No reason to have to wait almost an hour past my appointment to donate plasma.
Always an easy time donating when I go in and the workers are always so sweet
Apparently my donation period to donate goes from Wednesday to Wednesday however my pay period is Sunday to Sunday and since I work 12 hour shifts on the weekends, it’s impossible to get my second donation in. The period for donating should match the period for pay. The failure to explain that upfront cost me time and money to get to the facility, just to be turned away. I never had anything like this happen at BioLife!!
My experience was so relaxing because Madison was so nice and professional. She is a winner!
