I love the new way of operation here,!!!!!! Both easy and fast to schedule, check in , and donate .. The front and back staff is helpful, knowledgeable , and friendly which I now look forward to coming to donate here .. great job ladies and gents!! 10 stars from me!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Robin that works there is rude very rude not just once but atleast 3 to 4 different times before idk why she even works there I even seen other situations with her and other donors and I'm a donor myself but I won't be donating there anymore that's forsure bcus she is just on it smh lost me as a donor and I will spread the word too. Well I think her name is robin..was trying to see the nurse so wasn't the nurse it was the other lady with blond or gold looking breads I think her name is robin 🤔

I had a great experience here. Kara up front and Shae the phlebotomist are amazing!
I’m giving 5 stars to Jasmine, Michelle, Charmaine, Chris, Ciara and Brandy. They are very professional and productive . Everyone is nice and kind. Jasmine was extremely fast with helping multiple people get through the screening process. I come here for my plasma needs. They get you in and out. I would definitely recommend this location.
