Great staff. This is the best customer service I've seen in 40 yrs. Everyone is happy and helpful. If possible try sports on the tv we wouldn't leave and more clients will come in...

Best plasma experience I've had. Wait times are not bad at all, especially since they have appointment times now and more staff screening people. The facility is immaculate and clean, which is surprising based on where in town its located. The staff is PHENOMENAL, I've met so many kind people and it makes the donation go by which.
