They tell you to call at 7:00am for appointment yet I got hung up on after the phone rings over 10 times, and when I did finally get an answer, the receptionist hung up on me after asking a question! 3 days of calling, only to be told they are full less than two minutes after opening. They really need a better system in place, not a receptionist telling me something is wrong with my phone!!!!!
I was apprehensive of going to this center, it’s the only one in Clarksville, and they were offering $400 less for your first month than CSL in Nashville. My apprehension grew after the fist visit took 4 hours, the 2nd visit took 3, the 3rd visit took 3 AND your phlebotomists had to use BOTH arms, then today after waiting 40 minutes, I’m told both arms are too bruised to donate. Of course they are, because your centers pay their employees too little for experienced phlebotomists to apply there, so you have fresh out of sch... read more
