Staff are great and the place is very clean
This company has one of THE most shortsighted policies I have ever encountered. Because I live at a hotel(business)I don’t “qualify” to donate plasma. It’s 2025, if this company doesn’t realize people actually do live in hotels, they are in another world. My bank, DMV, credit card company AND the damn SSA accepts my address as a home. Smh, I think you can DO better.
I think their awful they put me on a hold for something I did not do over 6 months ago they said it would only take 30 days and I could come back over 6 months later I still can't go back I think it's wrong
I have to say its gotten worse. Very slow. Staff can be very slow to do their job. The app always makes it worse. it tends to have bugs. and even when its not busy it takes forever to get in
