I was going to this location and have viewed people going to EMT ambulances after bad sticks and incompetence. I have sat for hours on a bed requesting to be stuck with employees standing around saying in a minute! Do not go to the West Bellfort location! Very horrible experience! If you complain they ban you from their whole service! Guaranteed horrible and unacceptable healthcare practices.
I donated plasma at Grifols in Surprise, Arizona, and it was the worst medical experience of my life. My arm started bleeding heavily at the end of my donation, and the first tech laughed and did nothing. When I asked for help, a so-called “trainer” tried to silence me and pretended to be the owner. Only after I started recording did he get quiet—he knew he was in the wrong. The manager refused to give her name, hid her badge, and dragged me off the floor to avoid witnesses.
