they are great people who care about you. they always keep it fun and professional
The customer service of management and their communication within the staff is utterly terrible. Management passes off all accountability for dropping the ball and cannot own up to their mistakes. I actually feel really bad for the staff as they seem unhappy most of the time with the work environment. They definitely make you feel like a milking cash cow and nothing else but the numbers they want. you can sit in the lobby waiting to be seen. and a new donor will go before you they pit the return donors and the back end to keep the new donor happy
I would not recommend this plasma center and I'm very upset with this donation center. I've made appointments to donate and on multiple occasions I've had to wait 30mins to an 1hour before even been able to donate. Last week Saturday I had to wait a whole hour before I even got to the back. What's the point of setting up appointment system if you cant even keep up with the appointments. It is understandable if it happens but its starting to be a reoccurring theme and the same excuses......Do Better
